You all know i am a die hard google addict, but the blogspot is way too slow and unnecessarily complicated.I came across wordpress on a friends suggestion and fell in love with it.
I have moved all the blogs and comments to anujchoudhary.wordpress.com.
The interface is more faster and easier.So guys please redirect your feeds using this button.

I appeared for an online talent assesment test for Standard Chartered Today.There were some uncountable no. of questions which you were supposed to answer in less than 30 min. I did upto the expectations and here are the results.

When you are in a funk

We all have times when our energy is just blah, and we are generally in a pissy mood.It keeps happening to me again and again. Now after long time i have got through it.But instead of taking out that frustration on our work or people, better learn to identify those down cycles coming our way.
The main thing with cycles is to roll with them and not fight with them.If you are in a high cycle, ride that wave. Get great work done and enjoy your energy. During down cycles when your energy is lagging, your emotions are more edgy, and you want to throw in the towel, just ride it out. Know that an up cycle is on its way. It is inevitable!

If i have a down cycle, i generally try to work a lot and sleep more. It works for me most of the time.

Google Online Desktop

Even though Google offers many web applications that could replace traditional software, the integration between them is barely visible. The closest thing to an online desktop that displays your favorite applications is iGoogle, where you can set up themed tabs.

To switch from Gmail to Google Calendar, you'll click on the navigation bar and open a new window or tab. While you can always resize the windows and keep both Gmail and Google Calendar visible, it would be nice if iGoogle provided a way to freely move the gadgets inside the window, like in yourminis.com.

With the addition of Google Desktop Gadgets, and the customizable layouts, the personalized homepage could really replace your desktop. But gadgets need to be more powerful, offer more than a list of links. Ideally, the Gmail gadget should have an expanded version that lets you read messages, compose mail and search inside the archive.

think that it would be a good idea for Google to group all of the online applications in to a single web application. Something like an eDesktop.

Google is upgrading the storage limitation of your accounts. So, all those 'bit worried' design coords who were thinking of having a new account by next sem , just Relax! Google cares for you.Increments as per plan.

Gmail will increase the free storage gradually in the next days. On October 23, you'll get 4321 MB of storage, then the growth will slow down until January 4, when you'll have 6283 MB of storage. From January 4, you'll receive 3.3 MB every day, that's 10 times bigger than the current rate of growth. Don't go searching for numbers straight away at the bottom of your mailboxes. They will increase gradually displaying the milestones mentioned above.

A record number of Indians, both visitors and students, went to the US last year. With 80,000 Indian students already on American campuses, over 50,000 more applied to go to the US last year — the highest number ever. And for the third year running, Indians comfortably beat the Chinese in being the largest foreign student community in the US, according to US government figures.
Overall, 407,000 Indians travelled to the US in 2006, a jump of 18% over the previous year, said Maura Harty, assistant secretary for consular affairs in the US state department.
While 100,000 Americans came to India in 2006, she said, US missions in India issued some 541,400 visas to Indians. Harty said India was set to be one of the top 10 countries sending visitors to the US. Confirming the trend of the past few years, she added, ‘‘We welcome Indians to America.’’
